ZM-R730A is a high optical alignment and intelligent control device with the following features: automatic feeding, using Panasonic PLC and high-precision temperature control module, high-precision K-type thermocouple, dynamic PID multi closed-loop control selective reflow soldering process, with an accuracy of ± 1 ℃. Over temperature protection alarm function, software encryption and foolproof function, and also equipped with a large high-definition touch screen.
